AGB Solutions is a parent company trading under three names: AGB Learning Solutions, Executive English Coaching, and Eos Transformations. This notice applies to the use of personal information gathered from our domains, agb-solutions.co.uk, executiveenglishcoaching.co.uk, agblearning.com, and eostranformations.co.uk, their subdomains, and all software used in the maintenance and delivery of their services.
The type of personal information we collect

(Please note: Confidential coaching notes created by your coach, if stored in our systems, can be accessed and viewed by no one but your coach. The only exception to this is if we are legally compelled to do so (e.g. by court order). Your coach may securely keep coaching notes separate from our systems thereby accepting personal responsibility for compliance with UK GDPR. We take our commitment to an open and confidential coaching relationship very seriously and take every reasonable step towards achieving it. Your coach can answer any questions you have on this matter.)

How we get the personal information and why we have it
The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the purposes of engaging with, or making an enquiry about, our services or organisation. Information about digital interactions is collected by tracking applications embedded within. the site.
Information about you is used across our websites, software and applications in the following ways:

Granting access to gated resources and spaces including online courses, webinars and meetings where applicable.

We don’t currently share this information with any third parties except to comply with any legal requirement to do so. There are no plans for this to change but we will inform you in writing prior to any policy change impacting your personal data.

How we store your personal information
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we use practices and services consistent with current best industry standards to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
Data is collected to our website databases hosted by Wix and transferred to our HubSpot CRM databases where it is processed and securely stored. Sometimes we need to transfer data to other SaaS providers (for example, mailing list management) or connect them to your data by API integration. We take all reasonable steps to ensure your data is secure throughout any such process.
Unfortunately, no data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.
Your own computer’s security remains your responsibility at all times.
We keep your information until:

We will then dispose your information by using secure digital data shredding software that renders your data unrecoverable.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
