The size and nature of our business means that we currently hire or subcontract freelance collaborators or services rather than add in-house employees. We expect this to change as, hopefully, our services grow.

  • Virtual Assistant
    We're looking for an experienced virtual assistant to handle a wide variety of administrative and support tasks. Duties include providing support to coaches, collaborators and freelancers; managing general administrative activities in our online office; and responding to customer support tickets and prospective customer enquiries. There may also be some social media account management and low-key content creation if you're interested. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to use online tools only, and set-up for fully remote work. It's great if you have previous experience as a VA/PA/EA or in a teaching/coaching role, but more important is the ability to stick to our values across three distinct business areas with very different offerings. Ultimately, the successful applicant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Responsibilities Triage and respond to customer support tickets and website enquiries, acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients. Organise and schedule appointments for clients and collaborators. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Maintain our online filing system. Update and maintain office policies and procedures. Maintain accurate contact lists. Book travel arrangements Submit and reconcile expense reports Prepare invoices and process client payments as required. Assist the company CEO with diary and time management as required.
